5 year survival: 75%.

Clinical Features

Chest pain is rarely related to ischemia due to heart being denervated. Ischemia common though due to accelerated atheroscleosis in graft. Presents with CHF or arrhythmia.

Baseline tachycardia due to no vague innervation.

EKG: usually shows two p-waves. Donor p-wave usually the one that conducts.
